When the UPS delivered the box to me, it’s already half opened, I was so excited about starting using the product that it didn’t really bother me that much. When I took the rope out of its clear packaging, I noticed it’s wet, but then discovered it’s actually oily… that didn’t feel right but didn’t bother me that much neither because I didn’t mind whipping it clean. The final strew was then I soon found out the white handles are covered with some yellowish stain and some suspiciously moldy looking dots that just wouldn’t come off! ALSO, there’s no instruction whatsoever on how to adjust the rope, and please bare with my simple mind, but till this point I still can’t figure out how to do so. Should I make a fuss about something cost so little? I dunno, just want to share my experience.
