How to use your Dual Tone Wheel: 1. Use good form and do the exercise
slowly so that you are not using momentum to accomplish the movement.
Hold the bottom position for a count of 1001,1002 before returning to
the start position. 2. Do not arch your back or let your back sway.
Visualize a glass of ice water on your back, and concentrate on not
spilling it. 3. It is of utmost importance to maintain proper
positioning through out the movement, back strain can result with poor
form. Tighten your abdominal muscles and visualize trying to touch your
belly button to your backbone. 4. Torso strengthening equipment works
