First off its fairly short. Not a problem for me, but I'm only 5'7". Anyone above the six foot mark will probably have trouble using it. My main problem with it is how light the rope itself is. Its very difficult to get this thing up to speed, which made it feel more like I was doing an arm exercise instead of cardio. It's hard to get around (which, actually is okay because it's more exercise), and it's too long for me- I'm 5'7. It works though, and I was sore after the first day! Awesome! Nice wood handles. Rope is substantial enough that it swings over easily. It was a bit long for me and since it's not adjustable I tied a knot on both sides near the handles and it's fine.
