i could find no reviews on this MoonRocker ANYWHERE, but took a chance and bought one anyways–and i am so glad i did!! i used it last night for the first time and after 11 min (granted i’m working to get in better shape!) every muscle in my buns, quads, inner and outer thighs and calves BURNED so badly!! better cardio workout for me than walking two miles–i’ll plan on using this ALOT and hope after i become more comfortable with the balancing aspect, that i can incorporate hand weights for a more all-body workout. this doesn’t come with any instructions, but is fully assembled, with an extreemly sturdy design. in one use i was able to figure out slightly different ways to target different muscles and even with a thorough stretching, i can’t believe how sore i am today! I LOVE THIS THING! and while it can’t be the only thing in my routine, i’ll use it regularly and look forward to seeing the results!!!
