i thought that was a guy at first
He’s cute
Im still not convinced
Same, i was also thinking that it was a men in the 20 seconds of the clip (before she show her boobs)
shes terrible
Well, if you stay that weight, you’d risk wearing the machine out prematurely, for sure. Depending on the design, even one or two uses could damage parts (break plastic bits, flatten round parts, etc) that would then need to be replaced . If it’s your machine and you’re willing to take the risk, go for it – but don’t ruin someone else’s machine; lose some weight first
@clebor56 She’s getting perfect 90 degrees right before the catch, what you talking about :p
i agree, she ain’t holding the knees down, getting the arms out straight or getting full compression up the slide..

Who am I? I’m a guy who doesn’t approach the C2 ergometer with chanting and incense. I’m a guy who recognizes that the C2 ergometer is a machine with serious design flaws which result in bio-mechanical defects in the user’s stroke. Finally, I’m a guy who can show the rowing community (including Olympic athletes) how those design flaws can be eliminated.
i’m a rower with 5 years experience, she does bend her arms slightly too early
