I want to start becoming physically fit now that the summer is here. I am mainly looking for a book that will guide me to burn fat and get toned in the abs and buttocks areas. I have no clue as to how to even begin! (tsk tsk)

Pick up a copy of “The Abs Diet” by David Zinczenko. It’s a common-sense approach to eating and exercise that doesn’t involve counting calories, spending hours in the gym, cooking exotic meals with hard-to-find ingredients, or giving up everything that you love.
