This Fitness Force Exercise Mat is great for exercising on hard wooden floors. The material is a high density (3 pounds per cubic foot) closed cell cross linked foam. That means it will retain it’s shape and always provide a clean cushioned surface. Size is 20 inches wide by 51 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. It rolls easily for storage. It can be wiped clean with a damp sponge or cloth. You can also use antibacterial sprays such as Lysol.
